- 2 cups coconut milk - may also use dairy or nut milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup apple or pear sauce optional
- Handful of ice cubes
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to a week.
