Combine all the ingredients and heat over a low-medium flame until all the sugar is dissolved. Do NOT simmer, only heat until melted.
Pour into gummy molds or simply pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Allow to cool to room temperature, cover, and then place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Invert the molds and gently push out the gummies, if you've used a mold. If you've used a baking dish, simply cut the gummies into small squares and lift them out when you serve them.
Notes
You can reduce the organic gelatin to 3 tablespoons, if you prefer.Be sure you only heat the mixture until the sugar melts. Do NOT simmer the mixture or the allulose will crystalize as it cools.Depending on how much gelatin was used in the recipe and how warm the ambient air is, the gummies may be set within an hour or two. I like to give them at least four hours simply to be sure they're very firm.With very firm gummies, they will simply pop out of the pan without sticking.I use a casserole dish that has a lid that fits snuggly. I serve the gummies out of the pan and then cover it to return it to the fridge.
